The Unimax® computerized automatic high-speed cutting machine is a series of brand-new machines with US advanced technologies. All machine’s components are imported by US or Japan, and are assembled in Hong Kong and China.
Presently many famous US, Japan, Germany and Hong Kong battery factories are adopting it with great satisfaction. The cutting and feeding functions of this series advanced machines are done by a combination of step and alternative current motors together with multi-functional micro-processors. Thus it can effectively solve most major problems on cutting precision thin metal pieces and fine wires.
Unimax® unique “real-time cutting length display function” can demonstrate real-time cutting data, operators are able to correct the error rapidly in case there is any discrepancy. Its superiority lies in the simple manipulation, wide application and competitive price. Unimax® unique infrared supervision system (which an electronic eye) monitors the length during the cutting process. In case error is discovered, the system is able to adjust automatically and the precision level is by 0.1mm. Thus, this machine can produce extremely high quality workpieces and prevent wastes on defective cuttings.
