Himax has more than 15 years experience in metal slitting. The thickness of the materials which we can slit is between 0.05mm to 1mm, and the narrowest slitting can be 1mm. The precision can be reached +/-0.03mm. The burr of the edge can be removed, and the scrap rate of edge material is minimal. We commonly have Nickel Plated Steel, Pure Nickel Strips, Stainless Steel, and Phosphor Bronze, we can do the slitting as soon as customers order, and we can fast delivery.
We process these slitting equipments:
(1) 5 precision CNC slitting Line
(2) 5 high-speed hardware revenue feeder
(3) 1 precision deburring machine
To match customers’ demand, we supply the plastics thin film service. Customers can choose different thickness of blue film, white film or transparent film to protect the surface after slitting.
According to different requirements of customers, we can pack the materials with standard or special packaging after slitting, including:
- Each volume small weight packing / Cross bundled package
- Packaging with paper core and hard cardboard paper / Packaging with rubber wheel
